Measurements first

Calculations begin with finished dimensions supplied by the user. Area and volume are kept at full precision through the formula. Rounding happens only when a purchasable quantity such as a bag, box, sheet or pack is shown.

Editable assumptions

Waste, coverage, thickness and package yield are visible inputs whenever they affect the result. Default figures are examples, not product specifications. The value printed by the manufacturer should take priority.

Limits

Results are planning estimates. Structure, safety, electrical work, thermal performance and compliance with local rules require project-specific review by a qualified person.

Worked example

6 m × 4 m × 0.10 m × 1.05 = 2.52 m³

Units are shown beside every field. Dedicated tools use metric units; the quick concrete tool also supports feet and inches.
